Caliptus is run by an individual, on a personal, non-commercial basis. The editor's full identity and contact details are available on the Privacy page.
Use of the site and software
The Caliptus site and software are provided free of charge, without any warranty. You agree not to use the site or software for illegal purposes, nor to attempt to disrupt their operation (attack, mass data scraping, bypassing security measures).
User account
Creating an account is free. It is not needed to edit; it is required to export and to publish on the marketplace. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. An account may be suspended in case of abusive use (violation of these terms, unlawful content published on the marketplace).
Community marketplace
The marketplace lets users with a verified-email account publish resources (LUTs, presets, templates) meant to be used by other Caliptus users.
License on published resources
By publishing a resource, you warrant that you are its author or hold the necessary rights, and you grant other Caliptus users the right to download and use it in their own edits. You remain the owner of your creation and may remove it at any time from your account.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on the marketplace. Caliptus does not systematically review submissions in advance; any resource that infringes a third party's rights should be reported.
Reporting and moderation
Any resource or comment can be reported (inappropriate content, copyright infringement, non-functional resource, spam or other reason); reports feed a moderation queue handled by the team. A resource found problematic may be removed.
No warranty
Caliptus is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or absence of errors. The editor cannot be held liable for data loss or an inability to use the software.
Free of charge
Caliptus is entirely free and will remain so. These terms do not cover any sale, as no payment is requested for using the site or software.
Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve if the product evolves (new feature, new moderation rule). The last update date appears at the bottom of this page.
